If you cancel more than 24 business hours before your appointment, your diagnostic and trip fee is refunded in full. Diagnosis, a written repair estimate, your approval, and any repair charges follow at the visit. The final repair bill can be paid to the technician in your home by Visa, Mastercard or cash.
